一方面 … 一方面 …

On one hand… on the other… (一方面…一方面…)

Structure 一方面 + A,一方面(另一方面)+ B

一方面…一方面… (yīfāngmiàn… yīfāngmiàn…) presents two sides or two reasons of the same matter: "on one hand…, on the other…". 一方面要工作,一方面要学习 = "on one hand I have to work, on the other I have to study". The second part is often 另一方面 ("on the other hand"). It balances two aspects.
